Hi - just a quick follow up to the note sent by Stephanie with the details of the call-in numbers and the link to the papers for the conference call on Thursday. That note is repeated below and the papers are also attached at this link (scroll to SBCC Steering Committee - Agenda and Papers - Thurs Sept 21st - please email me at wfeek@comminit.com if any issues accessing). 

Please note that we are sharing the papers through the online links for 2 main reasons:

1. To ensure that in the lead-up to the Summit in Bali there is an evolving and up-to-date collation of papers, agendas and notes. By the time we finish this process there will be lots of "stuff". We want to try and ensure that these are easily accessible by you when you need them and that you can easily identify the most recent versions. So we are asking you to please use the online platform as part of the overall Summit communications strategy.

2. We are encouraging all members of the Steering Committee to use the reply and comments processes online both in preparation for meetings (eg clarification questions) and between meetings when you have questions, ideas and suggestions. This will facilitate more timely and ongoing communications and dialogue in a space that we all share and where we can all join in when relevant. It is another important part of the communications strategy.

As general guidance should you get lost on the platform at any stage (a) check you are logged in - is your user name in top right corner (b) click Groups (c) click My Groups (d) open Steering Committee - What Works Summit - April 2018 and then for the info in this note scroll down and click on Agenda and Notes - Steering Committee.
